Explore Your Interests Through Self-Assessments

We are dedicated to helping students and alumni explore their interests and gain insights into potential career paths through self-assessments and guided activities. To do this work, we use our Career Development Cycle, a conceptual framework consisting of four stages: Self Discovery, Exploring Career, Building Skills, and Making it Happen.

We talk about this as a cycle because you can start at any point and move through the steps in any direction as you need to. Exploration leads to an internship or a job where you build skills but also discover a new interest, so you might head back to self-discovery before finding your next position.

Whether you’re uncertain about your next step or seeking clarity in your career journey, we provide the resources and support needed to discover your ideal path. Browse the four stages of the Career Development Cycle to find tools that help identify strengths, passions, and values, enabling you to make more informed decisions about your professional future.
