Commitment: 15-20 hours per week
What You’ll Do
As a YouTube Growth & SEO Intern, you will work directly with our media team to help grow and optimize multiple channels.
You will:
Research keywords, trends, and audience behavior to improve video reach
Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata for SEO and discoverability
Assist with thumbnail and clip strategy to increase click-through rates
Analyze YouTube Studio metrics (watch time, retention, engagement, growth)
Support content planning, topic research, and channel organization
Help build scalable, real-world digital marketing systems for a mission-driven brand
This is a hands-on role where your work directly impacts audience growth.
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience or coursework in digital marketing, SEO, media, or content creation (paid or unpaid)
Strong research, writing, and organizational skills
Familiarity with YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy, vidIQ, or similar tools
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable
Interest in social impact, storytelling, healing, and authentic content
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
